Angel Next Door Anime Gets Into Christmas Mood With New Visual

The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten anime revealed a Christmas visual ahead of the January 7 premiere date. The adaptation is being animated by Studio Project No. 9.

A summer version, a moon version, a Halloween version, and an autumn version of the image have all been previously revealed in the Angel Girl Spoils Me Rotten anime.

The first trailer was uploaded in October and the main cast consists of :

  • Taito Ban as Amane Fujimiya
  • Manaka Iwami as Mahiru Shiina
  • Taku Yahiro as Itsuki Akazawa
  • Haruka Shiraishi as Chitose Shirakawa

▍Opening Theme Song

The opening theme song will be "Gift" by Masayoshi Oishi. The new aesthetic was also demonstrated in a little video:


▍About Angel Next Door


The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten light novel series by Saekisan, which was first released on Shosetsuka ni Naro in 2018, served as the inspiration for the anime. GA Bunko, an imprint of SB Creative, published a printed light novel edition of the series in 2019. The light novel was illustrated by Hanekoto. English rights to the series were granted by Yen Press:

Mahiru is a beautiful girl whose classmates all call her an “angel.” Not only is she a star athlete with perfect grades—she’s also drop-dead gorgeous. Amane‚ an average guy and self-admitted slob‚ has never thought much of the divine beauty‚ despite attending the same school. Everything changes‚ however‚ when he happens to see Mahiru sitting alone in a park during a rainstorm. Thus begins the strange relationship between this incredibly unlikely pair!
