Movie starring Sasaki and Miyano with commercial for Hirano and Kagiura

The upcoming Sasaki and Miyano: Graduation movie revealed a commercial featuring Hirano and Kagiura, who will also have a short film dedicated to them. Studio DEEN is animating the movie, which will premiere on February 17 in Japan. The commercial features the theme song “MARCH” by Miracle Chimpanzee.

Hirano and Kagiura released a visual in addition to the advertisement. The two films will be shown simultaneously.

▍About Sasaki And Miyano Movie

Based on a manga by Shou Harusono, the anime. The pixiv Comic platform has been serialising the manga. It is published in volume form by Media Factory. The manga's English publisher, Yen Press, summarises the story as follows:

It all started like a typical old-school boys’ love plotline—bad-boy senior meets adorably awkward underclassman, one of them falls in love, and so on and so forth. But although Miyano is a self-proclaimed boys’ love expert, he hasn’t quite realized…he’s in one himself. Which means it’s up to Sasaki to make sure their story has a happily ever after…!

A spin-off manga titled Hirano to Kagiura (Hirano and Kagiura) by the same author is currently ongoing in Media Factory’s Monthly Comic Gene magazine.
