The 11th volume of the manga, My Dress-Up Darling by Shinichi Fukuda, will be released on March 25, 2023. A special edition of the book will include an acrylic diorama plate with miniature illustrations of four characters dressed as nuns: Gojo Wakana as the priest, Marin Kitagawa as the nuns, Sajuna Inui as the nun, and Shinju Inui as the nun. The series has more than 8 million circulating copies, the author further disclosed, thanking everyone for their support. It represents an increase of 500 thousand copies from the previous 7.5 million copies since the 10th volume's release in September 2022.
Since January 2018, Shinichi Fukuda has been publishing the My Dress-Up Darling manga in Square Enix's Young Gangan magazine. In November 2018 and September 2022, respectively, the first and tenth compilation volumes of the series were published. Based on the work, Studio CloverWorks created the My Dress-Up Darling anime, which ran for 12 episodes in the spring of 2022. A sequel to the anime is being developed.

English copies have also been published by Square Enix, and the sixth book was made available in August 2022. On January 24, 2023, the 7th book is expected to be released. According to the first volume, the story is:
