Lily and Sybilla from Spy Classroom are pictured on the cover of the current issue of Comic Alive

The most recent edition (February 2023) of KADOKAWA's Monthly Comic Alive has Lily and Sybilla from the upcoming Spy Classroom anime on the cover. This is the magazine's 200th edition as well. The adaptation is being animated by Studio Feel, and the launch date is set for January 5, 2023. The previous issue of the magazine had Aqua and Megumin from KonoSuba dressed as Santa Claus on the cover.

Lily (left) and Sybilla (right) are having a type of fist bump while Lily is pointing her gun at us in the cover image. Lily is voiced by Sora Amamiya, who also portrayed Aqua in KonoSuba: God's Blessing on this Wonderful World, and Sybilla is given life by Nao Toyama, who previously played Chitoge Kirisaki in Nisekoi.

The collection includes two B2-sized Rem and Echidna posters from Re:Zero: Starting Life in Another World, each illustrated by Curl Monaka and Yun Amagasa, as well as a special clear photo frame with the image of Spy Classroom.

      

The magazine's special bundle, which includes an acrylic diorama of Atto's Non Non Biyori manga, is available on KADOKAWA STORE to commemorate the publication of its 200th issue.

The magazine also ran a congrats illustration for the achievement by Maria Holic's manga author, Minari Endo, to go along with the announcement. Future tweets from various artists will be posted on the magazine's official Twitter account.

The light novel series of the same name, written by Takemachi and drawn by Tomari, is the inspiration for the anime Spy Classroom. The book is presently available through Kadokawa's imprint, Fujimi Fantasia Bunko. The light novel's story is as follows, according to the description provided by Yen Press:
