Official HIGE DANdism Teases Opening of Tokyo Revengers Season 2

The Christmas Conflict arc's noncredit opening for the Tokyo Revengers anime's second season was made public. The song "White Noise" is being performed by Official HIGE DANdism. The opening theme for the first season, "Cry Baby," was also performed by the band.

▍Opening Song

Tokyo Revengers: Seiya Kessen-hen is the Japanese name for the sequel, while the name of the arc is occasionally translated as Christmas Showdown. The debut is scheduled for January 7, 2023. The anime's closing theme music is "It might be unpleasant, but I still love it" by TUYU. Disney+ will stream the animation.

The second season will once again be animated by Studio LIDEN FILMS. For the Tokyo Revengers 2 sequel, the core anime staff will also be back, and they include:

• Character Design: Kenichi Onuki, Keiko Ota
• Music: Hiroaki Tsutsumi

The cast is returning their roles as well, with Masaya Fukunishi taking Tatsuhisa Suzuki's place. Due of alleged health problems, Suzuki withdrew from the anime last year. Additionally, the first season was altered to reflect the modifications. Tomokazu Sugita will play Taiju Shiba and Mikako Komatsu will play Yuzuha Shiba in the newly announced cast additions.

▍About Tokyo Revengers

An anime called Tokyo Revengers was adapted from a Ken Wakui manga. From 2017 to 2022, the manga was serialised in the Weekly Shonen Magazine; it was finished in November of this year. It is being published in English by Kodansha, and the story is as follows:

Watching the news, Takemichi Hanagaki learns that his girlfriend from way back in middle school, Hinata Tachibana, has died. The only girlfriend he ever had was just killed by a villainous group known as the Tokyo Manji Gang. He lives in a crappy apartment with thin walls, and his six-years-younger boss treats him like an idiot. Plus, he’s a complete and total virgin … At the height of his rock-bottom life, he suddenly time-leaps twelve years back to his middle school days!! To save Hinata, and change the life he spent running away, hopeless part-timer Takemichi must aim for the top of Kanto’s most sinister delinquent gang!!
