Whispers of Dawn's premiere date has been set for summer 2023, according to a new trailer released by Fate/Strange Fake



The Whispers of Dawn TV special's premiere date has been scheduled for the summer of 2023, and a new sneak peek preview video has been made available. The animated special was supposed to air today, but production concerns caused the premiere to be postponed. You can check the 6-minute trailer for the animated special, which Studio A-1 Pictures is putting together, below:

On September 24, a teaser trailer and visual were released to promote the special. The latest teaser video previews a "much anticipated scene between Archer and Lancer," according to the official Twitter account.

▍Cast

Both the original Japanese cast and the cast of the English dub were disclosed:

  • Kana Hanazawa / Anjali Kunapaneni as Ayaka Sayjou
  • Yuki Ono/Ben Balmaceda as Saber
  • Tomokazu Seki / David Vincent as Archer
  • Yu Kobayashi/Marin Miller as Lancer

The original story and the original character designs are credited to Ryogo Narita and Shizuki Mori, respectively. The special is being directed by Takahito Sakazume and Shun Enokido, with Daisuke Ohigashi writing the narrative. The character designs are being adapted by Yukei Yamada, and the music is being created by Hiroyuki Sawano. Part of Type-Fate Moon's franchise is the light novel series Fate/Strange Fake. It was written by Ryogo Narita, and Morii Shizuki did the illustrations.
