Earlier today, a teaser image for Season 2 of Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome is Tough for Mobs was released. The first season of the show was animated by Studio ENGI, under the direction of Kazuya Miura and Shin'ichi Fukumoto. There were 12 episodes in the first season, which was streamed on Crunchyroll.

▍About Trapped In A Dating Sim
The light novel series Otomege Sekai wa Mobu ni Kibishii Sekai Desu by Yomu Mishima, Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome is Tough for Mobs, served as the inspiration for the anime. It has been published by Micro Magazine with pictures by Monda since 2018, and there are presently 10 volumes available. There are now 10 volumes of a manga adaption by Jun Shiosato that is being serialised by Fujimi Shohbo on Dragon Comics Age. The original English Trapped in a Dating Sim light novel series was licenced by Seven Seas Entertainment. The series' second season will begin with volume 3, and the synopsis is provided below:
